tekalajarooms-gjirokaster.com is an independent informational site about Te Kalaja Rooms, a family-run guest house in the old town of Gjirokastër (Albania). It does not belong to the property, does not handle bookings and does not process payments. We take part in the Booking.com affiliate programme: if you book through our links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

2. Use of the site

You agree to:

• use the site only for lawful and legitimate purposes;
• not reproduce, distribute or modify its content without prior permission;
• not do anything that could harm the operation of the site.

3. Bookings and payments

Bookings are not processed on this site: when you click a booking link you go to Booking.com, and from then on its conditions, prices and cancellation policy apply. We take no payments, issue no receipts and have no access to your booking.

4. Accuracy of the published information

The prices, ratings, availability and features of the guest house published here come from Booking.com and were checked on 4 August 2026. They change over time: what Booking shows at the time of booking always takes precedence.

5. Intellectual property

The texts and design of this site are our own work. Photographs, scores and guest reviews belong to Booking.com or their respective owners and are shown within the affiliate programme. Full or partial reproduction of the site without express written permission is prohibited.

6. Third-party links

This site contains links and embedded content from third parties (Booking.com, Google). They are provided for your convenience and we are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

These Terms of use are governed by Albanian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Albania.
